Product Delivery

Fast Delivery Products: For products eligible for fast delivery, shipping is carried out immediately after order validation. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped on the following business day.

Standard Availability: For products listed as "Available for delivery within 2 to 8 days," delivery will be completed within the indicated timeframe.

Delivery Methods & Locations: Product delivery will be carried out nationwide by courier companies.

Shipping Fees: Free shipping is only available if the order exceeds a certain amount and only if explicitly stated on the PIECO.EU website. Delivery will be free in the following cases:

  • For products where it is explicitly indicated.

  • For orders that exceed a specific threshold.

Failed Delivery Attempts: If the customer is absent at the indicated address during the agreed timeframe, our courier will make a second delivery attempt after successfully contacting them. If the customer remains unreachable at the address during the second attempt, the order will be cancelled and the product returned to our warehouse. In this case, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer, regardless of the order amount.

Acceptance of Goods: Receipt of the products constitutes acceptance by the customer that the items are in good condition and comply with the order’s quantity and quality. This acceptance takes effect at the moment of parcel receipt.

Contractual Agreement: The acceptance of the "General Terms and Conditions" along with the receipt of the order may constitute, together or separately, a sales contract. By signing the delivery note, the customer expressly confirms having received products that conform to their order and needs.

Force Majeure & Delays: MERTEX DESIGN SRL reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries if they cannot be fulfilled due to reasons beyond its control, including: fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, riots, civil unrest, or other cases of force majeure.

Limitation of Liability: The maximum amount of damages attributable to MERTEX DESIGN SRL in the event of non-delivery or incorrect delivery is limited to the amount received by MERTEX DESIGN SRL from
