Orders
Online orders are placed exclusively on www.pieco.eu. Add the desired products to the cart, access the cart from the top right corner, and then complete the order by following the steps from there.
You can search for the desired product directly in the special search field, or you can choose to filter the information according to your requirements.
To order a sample, access the product page, choose the variant you want, then under the Add to cart button, you will find the Sample order option.

You can repeat the steps for all the products for which you want a sample.
By ordering the sample, you will receive a discount voucher for your future fabric meter orders.

There is no minimum order. You can purchase starting from 1m of material.
We always prioritize orders that need to be delivered as soon as possible. For this reason, we cannot modify orders and cannot guarantee that they can be canceled after the order is completed.
If your order has not yet been processed, please contact customer service with your order number to request a cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately, providing your order number and photographs, if applicable. We will investigate the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or solution.
We strive to ensure complete accuracy, but errors may occur. If your order is missing items or contains incorrect products, please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly correct the mistake.
Delivery
We deliver anywhere in Romania through the rapid courier companies D.P.D. Romania and Fan Courier.
Deliveries are made based on the time you placed the order.
If you placed an order before 2:00 PM, the order will be dispatched to you on the same day, and it should arrive within 48-72 hours, provided your location is in a major city.
If you placed an order after 2:00 PM, the order will be delivered on the next business day after the day of the order.
The delivery of the order to your address is ensured by the courier companies Fan Courier, DPD Romania within the timeframe specified when placing the order.
When the products leave the Pieco warehouse, you will receive a confirmation notification via email, where we will provide you with the AWB number of the package, so you can track it. In the notification, you will also find a link to download the invoice. Additionally, you will receive an SMS notification from the courier regarding the estimated date and time window for the delivery of the package.
Delivery of products will be free in the following situations:
- For products that have explicitly stated this.
- For orders that exceed a certain amount.
Orders cannot be opened upon delivery. However, if you encounter any issues related to your order, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the package, and we will do our best to assist you.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a delivery issue, we will contact you to confirm the shipping details. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping the package.
Payment
The payment methods through which you can pay for an order are:
– cash on delivery – payment is made in lei, in full, upon delivery of the package by the courier agent;
– online card payment or Google Pay – this is done through the Shopify payments platform;
– bank transfer – this is done within a maximum of 48 hours from placing the order, via internet banking service or by payment order.
If you choose the bank transfer payment method, please send us the proof of payment via email, to the address: contact@pieco.eu.
To reduce paper usage, our invoices are available in electronic format.
When the products leave the Pieco warehouse, you will receive a confirmation notification via email, where we will provide you with the AWB number, along with a “Download Invoice” link from where you can download the invoice for your products.
Yes. When registering on the site pieco.eu, along with your first and last name, you can add the company name and the company's VAT number. If you forgot to mention this, you can send us an email at contact@pieco.eu, but no later than the 18th of the month.
My account
You can register in a few simple steps: click on the "My Account" link, "Create your account", choose the type of individual or legal entity, enter your email address, phone number, and desired password, check the agreement for Terms and Conditions, then press the "Create my account" button and your account is ready.
Product
In general, all our materials have a width of 142 cm (+/-2cm). On the product page, by accessing the "Technical Specifications" button, you will find the specifics of each material.
To keep Pieco products in optimal condition, please follow the care instructions included on each product page. In general, we recommend gentle cleaning with a soft cloth and a mild detergent, avoiding harsh chemicals or abrasive surfaces.
Return
To accommodate the return of an order, we have created the "Sample Order" option so that you can choose the product you like with full knowledge.
The product you order is cut to the dimensions you need, therefore it is customized for you.
You can return a product if it has manufacturing defects, but not before contacting us and informing us of the issue you are facing. Our technical department will analyze the problem and determine the appropriateness of the return, along with the replacement of the product.
You should know that you will bear the shipping costs.
