Return Policy

To make returning an order easier, we have created the "Sample Order" option so you can choose the product you like with full knowledge of its specifications.

The product you order is cut to your exact dimensions; it is therefore customized for you.

You can return a product with a manufacturing defect, but only after contacting us to inform us of the problem. Our technical department will analyze the issue and determine whether a return is warranted, and if so, whether a replacement is necessary.

Replacement requests are only accepted within the first 14 calendar days following delivery of the product.

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the product can no longer be replaced due to lack of stock or other reasons, you will be refunded within 14 business days of the company receiving the returned product.

Furthermore, shipping costs will be deducted from the amount paid, as the shipping service was provided and must be paid for by a third party.

The right to return purchased products.

Since our products are customized and cut to your specific dimensions, in accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply. Therefore, these products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Therefore, we recommend ordering a sample before ordering the required lengths.
