In accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (GDPR) for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, and Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector SC MERTEX DESIGN SRL, registered with the Trade Register Office under no. J40/6869/2016, VAT ID RO 36080310, contact phone 0749 208 487, is obliged to manage safely and only for the specified purposes, the personal data you provide about yourself, a family member, or another person.

 

The purpose of data processing is: advertising, marketing, publicity, and online commerce in order to promote the activities, products, and services  offered by SC MERTEX DESIGN SRL.

SC MERTEX DESIGN SRL collects the following personal data from customers:

-data necessary for invoicing / delivering orders, provided voluntarily, namely name, surname, billing / delivery address, phone, and shared with courier companies.

-the email address required for customers to access their account created on PIECO and to modify billing/shipping information;

-traffic data, necessary for generating reports for the continuous improvement of the services offered by SC MERTEX DESIGN SRL, automatically collected including IP (Internet Protocol), visit time, visit duration, the locality from which the store is accessed, the operating system and browser used, processed by Google Analytics.

SC  MERTEX DESIGN SRL does not collect data necessary for making payments by card, as these are collected directly by the payment processor.

You are not obliged to provide the data, as they are necessary for the stated purpose  regarding the activity carried out by SC MERTEX DESIGN SRL. Your refusaldetermines the impossibility of using the online store PIECO, managed by SC MERTEX DESIGN SRL.

The information  recorded  and stored on the server hosting  the online store is intended for use by SC MERTEX DESIGN SRL for the declared purpose and is communicated only to the following recipients: the data subject, the legal representatives of the data subject, employees of SC MERTEX DESIGN SRL, and shared with courier companies as well as  authorities entitled to verify commercial transactions only at their justified request.
